Federation Prime

Federation Prime is an underground movement dedicated to Federation expansion. Their propoganda has been mostly pointed towards the Romulans with a major proponent being a military takeover. At this point they lack any formal organization, only discontented grumblings on the Federation net. There is mounting evidence they are connected to a conspiracy at the highest levels of Starfleet Command to take power in the Federation and perhaps even pre-emptively strike against governments that are not on friendly terms.
