The Class 4 Torpedo Launcher is a lighter and more compact version of the Class 5. Whereas the Class 5 contains the ability to fire three torpedoes simultaneously, the Class 4 is only able to fire one it then takes a full a 1.5 seconds to reload, providing a relative rate of fire of 10 torpedoes every 15 seconds.
